These Mega Train Tours were a pan-European promotional tool that launched the Disney classic animated feature films The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Hercules.

Over two years, the spectacular custom-built show trains visited 120 cities, from Stockholm to Seville, in 12 countries.

Our event, tour and production management team at True North UK delivered planning, budgeting, feasibility studies, site meetings and operational design, cast member auditions, staffing & rail management, road management, coordination of on-site marketing, promotional and retail activities, show control, guest control, queue line systems, customer & commercial relations. These unique themed events were widely acclaimed and attracted a combined total of 1.25 million guests.
